Being a good blogger is all about letting your personality help your blog stand out from all of the others out there which helps you get ahead of your competition. Bloggers who are successful know where they stand with their readers and how those readers react to the content they create and that makes it easy for them to create posts that are filled with their own personalities. Keep reading to learn how to create a blogging persona that you can then use to make a big impact on your readers.

Have a Theme

blogging personaIt is important to develop a theme for your blog so that you can write all of your posts around it. For example, if you are interested in nursing, you can center your theme around the best stethoscopes in the market. Selecting a topic and a theme for your posts are not the same thing. A topic is meant just for one post but a theme is an umbrella that covers all of the individual posts that you will write. You should always try to tightly theme your content and keep it closely related, so that your readers are able to navigate your blog properly, and at the same time connect to your blog.

But how does that help you create your own blogging persona? If your readers can tell that you’ve chosen a theme they’ll be more likely to keep reading you. Your readers will see you as an expert in your field who can offer them help and advice when it is needed and they’ll translate them into a much better blogging persona.

Produce Great Content

Secondly, people come to your blog page not just because it is special, but because it has special info about yourself. This is why you should put your spin on things all through the pages of your blog. Sure, when it is all said and done, it is still business related. But, don’t let things be boring. Provide people with a little background of what is taking place in your life.

You can do this by creating a short story about how you solved a problem. Or, a story that reflects on an issue that you had to deal with and tackled. This could talk about your family, co-workers or friends in general. It is called sharing a piece of humanity. Take a cue on tone from this white noise machine reviews article.
